资源简介:
Carbon catabolites repression (CCR) is one of the most conserved mechanisms that control the utilization of carbon sources in Streptomyces. Generally, CCR has a negative effect on the secondary metabolites fermentation both at the industrial and research levels. In this study, the CCR has been observed in daunorubicin-producing strain Streptomyces coeruleorubidus DM cultivated in the synthetic media F containing glucose 10 g/L and sucrose 20 g/L. DM was unexpectedly to exhibit highly anthraquinone glucuronidation biotransformation ability under CCR condition.
