Comparison of transcriptomic profiles in the skeletal muscle of control and constitutive thin subjects

Skeletal muscle biopsies were taken from either control female subjects or constitutive thin female subjects. Skeletal muscle biopsies from 8 constitutive thin patients and 8 control subjects were taken for RNA extraction and hybridization on Affymetrix Human Exon 1.0 ST arrays to characterize the transcriptomic profile of this specific type of patients
