In this experiment we analyse Mtg16 binding to chromatin in isolated mouse intestinal crypts from VillinCreER, Rbpjfl/fl mice 4 days following TM induction (Notch inhibition). Overall design: We have used intestinal crypts isolated from 2 Villin-CreERT2 RBPJfl/fl (biological test replicates) 4days after TM treatment. For each sample we have the input and the Mtg16 antibody pull down.
