Dataset for LiberTEM-holo based reconstruction - MIP correction in YIG

The dataset uploaded is the electron holography data collected on FEI Titan G2 60-300 HOLO microscope with a field free lorentz mode and a double biprism set up. The images were acquired in a Gatan K2 direct electron detector in the counted mode. The yttrium iron garnet (YIG) sample was fabricated using liquid phase epitaxy on a gallium gadolinium garnet (GGG) substrate. The samples used for acquiring this data series as prepared using a FEI Helios NanoLab 460F1 FIB-SEM. Protective carbon and Pt are deposited on top. Only the YIG layer is visible in the field of view.
