RNA sequence of Physcomitrella patens. Physcomitrium patens

To explore the novel enzyme to catalysis KA to unknown factor, we performed RNAsequece analysis in Physcomitrella patens. P. patens grown under white light for 3 days were transferred to red light condition with or without KA. After 1 day, we extracted total RNA, performed RNA sequence analysis and corrected differential expression genes.
