The video datasets correspond to real-time recordings of cells in the deterministic lateral displacement (DLD) microfluidic device. Movies are available as follows: Movie 1. Inlet_4x – Flow of unsorted MDA-MB-231 cells through the DLD device at 4x magnification, showing entry and distribution across the array. Movie 2-3. Outlets_4x_1, Outlets_4x_2 – DLD sorting in operation at 4× magnification, demonstrating size-dependent cell trajectories and sorting towards outlets. Movie 4. Small outlet reservoir – Time-lapse sequence of the small outlet reservoir, showing the accumulation of the smaller cell subpopulation. Movie 5. Intermediate outlet reservoir – Time-lapse sequence of the intermediate outlet, illustrating partially displaced cells and mixed sizes. Movie 6.
