Provided are compositions which have pesticidal activity and methods for their use. Compositions include nucleotide sequences of the isolated polypeptide and recombinant which have pesticidal activity， molecules of nucleic acid and synthetic constructs that encode the pesticidal polypeptides， constructs of which comprising the DNA molecules of nucleic acid， vectors which comprise the molecules of nucleic acid， host cells which comprise the vectors and antibodies of the pesticidal polypeptides. The sequences of nucleotides that encode the polypeptides provided in the present are used in may of DNA constructs or of expression cassettes for transformation and expression in the organism of interest. The compositions and methods provided in the present are of utility for the production of organisms with increased resistance or tolerance to the pests. Also provided are plants and transgenic seed that comprise one of nucleotide sequence which encodes an pesticidal protein of the present. The methods are provided for producing the polypeptides disclosed in the present and for using those polypeptides for controlling one pest. Also included are methods and kits for detecting polypeptides of the present in one sample.
