Myosin VI Models

This project is a collection of model structures of myosin VI. These structures are ready for molecular dynamics simulation.The chimeric models were used in identifying key structural elements of myosin VI:https://simtk.org/home/m6chimera. <br/><br/>This project includes the following software/data packages: <br/> <ul> <li> <a href="https://simtk.org/frs?group_id=258#pack_355">Myosin VI chimera </a> : Model structures of porcine myosin VI fused with Dictyostelium alpha-actinin repeats. </li> <li> <a href="https://simtk.org/frs?group_id=258#pack_356">Myosin VI with two calmodulins </a> : Model structure of myosin VI with both calmodulins bound </li> </ul>
