Gene expression changes in HSV-1 infected HeLa cells with knockdown of B2M

To understand the global effects of B2M knock-down on host gene expression, the RNA-seq study was carried out using HSV-1 infected HeLa cells transfected with B2M siRNAs (siB2M) or negative control siRNAs (siCTRL) Overall design: HeLa cells were cultured in media and transfected with B2M siRNAs (n=3) or negative control siRNAs (n=3) for 48 hours . Then, the cells were infected with HSV-1 at an MOI of 1 for 4 hours and were harvested for total RNA isolation.
