This file is the data for the paper "Evaluating urban quality of life in relation with land price from viewpoint of Status-Quality Trade Off theory and ecosystem services". It is compressed in ZIP format and includes the following files: 1. Cau Giay ArcGIS geodatabase.mdb: an ArcGIS(TM) database containing all main data used for evaluating UQoL index of Cau Giay District, Hanoi City, Vietnam. 2. Field_survey_Questionnaire.doc: sample of survey questionaire about UQoL indicators and land price (in Vietnamese with some translation to English). 3. Air_Water Quality of Cau Giay district: data of air and water quality monitoring stations in Cau Giay District in 2018. 4. CauGiay_SPSS.sav: data for SPSS software. 5.
