资源简介:
This project focuses on the study of the transcriptomic regulatory role of the BAZ2A gene in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). The current research involves the knockdown of BAZ2A expression in two human liver cancer cell lines, LM-6 and PLC/PRF/5, using siRNA technology. High-throughput sequencing was employed to conduct an in-depth analysis of the resulting changes in gene expression. We found that BAZ2A plays a critical role in regulating the cell cycle and DNA repair processes, the study also reveals the influence of BAZ2A on alternative splicing events and transcription factor binding sites, providing new insights into the molecular mechanisms of HCC. These data are of significant importance for exploring the molecular pathology of HCC, discovering new biomarkers, and developing targeted therapeutic strategies.
