Whole Body Vibration tunes immune cell differentiation and alters composition of intestinal microbiota

The health effects of whole body vibration (WBV) have not been sufficiently studied, and the mechanism responsible for the effect also has not been clearly identified. Since the differentiation in immune cells is usually associated with microbiota, therefore the intestinal flora was characterized by sequencing in mice and human individuals. The correlation analysis revealed that some bacteria with significant variation in contents were correlated to the regulatory T cell differentiation in mice and physical characteristics in human.
