Broadband by Block (pointmap)

Datasets collected and created as part of the NYS Broadband Mapping Program. Data includes high speed Internet service availability by provider company (census block level), internet technology service areas (DSL, Cable Modem, Fiber to the Home) and statistical calculations of households served by technology (2000 US Census household units). Cable and internet providers are listed, and mapped by numerical code. Be aware when you map out the data that more than one provider can be indicated by the Provider Code, making accurate symbology tricky. They best thing to do would be to filter our a column per provider to see if a block has a specific broadband vendor.
