Overexpression of Aspergillus oryzae atfB (CBX57). unidentified

We used microarrays NRIB3000, which were equipped with 3008 cDNA clones from A. oryzae EST analysis (http://www.nrib.go.jp/ken/EST/est_e.htm) in order to elucidate the biological functions of atfB as a predicted transcriptional regulator gene. We isolated RNAs from the atfB-overexpression strain and the wild type strain grown in overexpression condition for 24 hour after 48 hour of preculture. Then RNAs were subjected to microarray analysis.
