This study used microwave plasma chemical vapor deposition (MPCVD) to prepare diamond single crystals with high nitrogen content, in order to construct high concentration NV color centers. This dataset is processed and visualized using omnic and origin software. It includes data from Figures 1 to 8 in the article "Research on the Preparation and Properties of High Concentration Diamond NV Color Centers by MPCVD Method", including surface morphology, growth rate, nitrogen content analysis, structural characterization, NV color center concentration characterization, and magnetic detection performance characterization of the material. Figure 1 shows defects in diamond single crystal growth; Figure 2 shows the surface morphology and physical images of diamond single crystals with different nitrogen contents; Figure 3 shows the growth rate of diamond single crystals with different nitrogen contents; Figure 4 shows the nitrogen content data (. csv) of diamond single crystals prepared with different parameters; The data in Figure 4 of the article; Figure 5 is a physical image of high nitrogen diamond single crystal prepared by HPHT method; The file in Figure 6 contains the infrared spectrum data (. csv) of the diamond single crystal sample, which is the data in Figure 6 of the article; Figure 7 shows the PL spectrum data (. csv) of the sample before and after irradiation, which is the data in Figure 7 of the article; Figure 8a is a schematic diagram of the test; Figure 8b shows the distribution of fluorescent surfaces; Figure 8c shows the ODMR curve data (. csv) at different microwave powers, which is the data from Figure 8c in the article; Figure 8d shows the ODMR curve data (. csv) after adding magnetic field bias, which is the data from Figure 8d in the article; Figure 8e shows the Rabi oscillation curve data (. csv), which is the data from Figure 8e in the article; Figure 8f shows the longitudinal relaxation time curve data, which is the data from Figure 8f in the article (. csv).
