Resistant starch intervention with and without Prevotella copri gavage in mice with MASLD

To explore the effects of Prevotella copri on resistant starch (RS) intervention, fecal microbiota from donors characterized as low abundance of Prevotella at baseline were transplanted into mice with MASLD, combined with Prevotella copri or PBS gavage. Following fecal microbiota transplantation, mice underwent a 5-week RS intervention. After the intervention, colon content was collected to conduct metagenomic sequencing.
