This dataset is designed for training and optimizing industrial product defect detection models. It comprises real defect images across multiple product categories including electronic components, mechanical parts, textile fabrics, etc. Each image is annotated with defect type (e.g., scratch, dent, damage, color difference, etc.), location and severity level.
