Project for the whole genome sequence of LUH 6011, a representative of an under-reported clade of A. baumannii. This is a clade within global clone 2 (GC2), and contains the resistance island AbaR at a target site in the comM gene, where most GC2 members contain the island AbGRI1. The earliest known representative of this clade is ACICU.
