Phylodynamics_of_endemic_streptococcal_pathogens

Streptococcal infections are endemic in many low-middle income settings such as Northern Australia. The objective of this study is to apply deep sequencing phylodynamic methods of longitudinally derived samples to address fundamental questions of group A/C/G streptococcal population genetics within a region endemic for GAS disease.
