Analytical code and supporting outputs associated with “Exploratory reanalysis of fecal miRNA profiles identifies a candidate inflammation-associated signature in Crohn’s disease”

This dataset contains the R scripts, analytical parameters, package versions, session information and machine-readable outputs supporting an exploratory secondary reanalysis of the public NanoString dataset GSE144535. The workflow includes differential-expression post-processing and FDR correction, active-specific miRNA-panel derivation, unsupervised visualization, validated miRNA–target interaction retrieval, GO/KEGG enrichment and random miRNA-set sensitivity analysis.
