Dietary protein and lipid content used during the production phase for Atlantic salmon.

Values for protein and lipid are based on the mean Near Infrared (NIR) analysis of each feed batch produced and weighted for the total amount of feed produced in each batch of the particular pellet size. The feeding periods and fish weight intervals of the different pellet sizes are also shown.
