That is， according to the present invention， the raw material， which is located on the surface of the heating unit， is guided to flow toward the stirring blade， so that the melted raw material and the unmelted raw material are well mixed， thereby improving the overall melting efficiency of the raw material. In this way， there is an advantage in that the production speed of the deinking agent is improved.
