DATA SUBJECT TO CHANGE AND MAY NOT BE COMPLETE Note: This layer is a work in progress and is actively being updated - both spatially and attributes ATTRIBUTE NOTES The building outlines are associated to building “cards” in the RPA tax database. PARCARD concatenates the parcel ID and the RPA card number “PARID-CARD” (i.e. 260160850000-1) Note: Sometimes one card will include multiple structures. These are merged as one feature in the data. For example, Building 1 (CARD 1) could include both a house and detached garage as a multi-part feature. The FLAG and Flag Description fields provide a view of the QAQC process and will also explain why there may be no other associated data available for that structure. 0 none successfully coded 10 MISSING CARD; RPA REVIEW flag for a possible dwelling or other building that isn’t found in the RPA database – these will be worked and updated by RPA 20 UNSURE OF CARD NUMBER awaiting review to validate card – data may be missing or may have the wrong card’s data if coded incorrectly 30 NEW CONSTRUCTION; NEED REFERENCE awaiting a more recent mosaic deliverable from EagleView to trace the footprint 40 MULTI-UNIT COMPLEX; MULTI-CARD BLDG these are buildings that contain multiple cards – usually condo complexes where the building info is on the units, not on the full building, so no data is joined 50 NO CARD; UNTAXED sometimes buildings don’t have a card in the RPA system because they are on an untaxed parcel – like a DHHL dwelling, or a government structure (in some cases there are cards on untaxed parcels, so this flag only indicates those that don’t have cards) 60 OBY OR GROSSBLDG VALUE this indicates an “out-building” like a shed or garage that is not otherwise included on a card Address – I populated this field based on a spatial join with address points, so only buildings with an address point intersecting it will show an address unless it’s been individually added/edited. Some of the secondary buildings that share an address for the property may show as null. RPA Data Table – this field is either DWELDAT, COMDAT, or blank (if no associated RPA card). DWELDAT indicates a residential structure. COMDAT indicates a commercial structure. DWELDAT has many more data fields compared to COMDAT, so commercial structures will not include data for all fields.本数据可能发生变更且未必完整。注意：本图层处于开发迭代阶段，正持续从空间与属性两个维度进行更新优化。 属性说明 建筑轮廓与RPA税务数据库中的建筑“卡片”存在关联。PARCARD字段由宗地ID与RPA卡片编号拼接而成，格式为「PARID-CARD」（例如：260160850000-1）。 注意：单张卡片可能对应多个建筑实体，数据中会将其合并为一个要素。例如，建筑1（卡片1）可同时包含住宅与独立车库，作为多部件要素存在。 FLAG（标记）与Flag Description（标记说明）字段可展示QAQC（Quality Assurance and Quality Control，质量保证与质量控制）流程的执行情况，同时也会说明该建筑实体无其他关联数据的原因。 0：未成功编码 10：缺失卡片；RPA审核：标记RPA数据库中未收录的潜在住宅或其他建筑，此类数据将由RPA进行处理与更新。 20：卡片编号不确定：等待审核以验证卡片正确性，若编码错误则可能存在数据缺失或卡片数据匹配错误的情况。 30：新建建筑；需参考资料：等待EagleView提供更新的镶嵌影像成果以追溯footprint（建筑占地面积）。 40：多单元建筑群；多卡片建筑：此类建筑包含多张卡片，通常为公寓综合体，其建筑信息存储于各单元而非整栋建筑，因此无关联数据可匹配。 50：无卡片；未计税：部分建筑因所在宗地未计税，故RPA系统中无对应卡片，例如DHHL住宅或政府建筑（部分未计税宗地仍存在卡片，因此此标记仅适用于无卡片的情况）。 60：附属建筑或建筑总价值：此类标记指未在卡片中体现的附属建筑，例如棚屋或独立车库。 地址字段：本字段通过与地址点进行空间连接完成填充，因此仅当建筑与地址点存在空间交集时才会显示地址，除非该建筑已被单独添加或编辑。部分共享宗地地址的附属建筑可能显示为空值。 RPA数据表字段：本字段取值可为DWELDAT、COMDAT或为空（无关联RPA卡片时）。其中DWELDAT代表住宅建筑，COMDAT代表商业建筑。DWELDAT包含的字段数量远多于COMDAT，因此商业建筑不会填充所有字段的数据。
