This paper investigates the stability of the Octavius 4D system for three-dimensional (3D) dose verification in volumetric modulated arc therapy (VMAT). A comparative analysis was conducted on the responses of the semiflex ionization chamber and Octavius 729 detector array to field size, dose linearity, dose rate linearity, and output factor under 6 MV and 10 MV radiation beams.
