Nicotiana glauca Genome sequencing and assembly. Nicotiana glauca

The main goal of this project is to provide a whole genome sequencing and an assembly of the Nicotiana glauca genome. N. glauca is a naturally transgenic plant, it's genome contains sequences, derived from Agrobacterium rhizogenes by horizontal gene transfer. Besides, N. glauca contains a wide profile of alkaloids, so this plant is used for medicinal purposes.
