Phosphorylated GAB1 recruits PI3K to MET

Phosphorylated tyrosine residues Y447, Y472 and Y589 of GAB1 are docking sites for the regulatory subunit PIK3R1 of the phosphatidyl inositol-3 kinase (PI3K) complex (Rodrigues et al. 2000). GAB1, phosphorylated by MET, thus recruits PI3K to activated MET (Schaeper et al. 2000).

GAB1蛋白的磷酸化酪氨酸残基Y447、Y472和Y589是磷脂酰肌醇-3激酶（PI3K）复合物调控亚基PIK3R1的结合位点（Rodrigues等人，2000年）。GAB1蛋白被MET激酶磷酸化后，从而将PI3K招募至活化的MET激酶上（Schaeper等人，2000年）。
