Raw data supporting measurements and simulations of the Bi wetting layer on Ge(111)

This dataset contains raw scanning tunneling microscopy (STM) and spectroscopy (STS) measurements of bismuth on a Ge(111) substrate. Additionally, it contains density functional theory (DFT) simulations on the same Bi/Ge(111) system.<br>This dataset contains the raw and manipulated data presented in the paper found at https://doi.org/10.1103/3ws2-w84r. The STM topography images can be opened using the open-source Gwyddion tool (https://gwyddion.net/). Each topography file contains both the raw and final version of the image. The STS curves are stored in a plain-text format. The DFT simulations were performed using the open-source SIESTA toolkit (https://siesta-project.org/), and can be loaded in via SIESTA.

本数据集包含锗(111)衬底上铋的原始扫描隧道显微镜（Scanning Tunneling Microscopy, STM）与扫描隧道谱（Spectroscopy, STS）测量数据，同时涵盖同一Bi/Ge(111)体系的密度泛函理论（Density Functional Theory, DFT）模拟结果。
本数据集包含该论文中呈现的原始与处理后数据，论文链接为https://doi.org/10.1103/3ws2-w84r。可通过开源工具Gwyddion（https://gwyddion.net/）打开STM形貌图像，每个形貌文件均同时包含图像的原始版本与最终处理版本。STS曲线以纯文本格式存储。本次DFT模拟采用开源SIESTA工具包（https://siesta-project.org/）完成，相关数据可通过SIESTA加载读取。
