This repository contains the data and code required to reproduce the analysis in "In situ investigation of the lateral and vertical structure of PNIPAM microgels at the air/water and air/solid interfaces'". X-ray scattering - All data pertaining to in situ and ex situ specular and off-specular measurements. - Code required to plot and reproduce the analysis (MATLAB) AFM - Binary images (Igor) and .png images for each AFM scan. - The code required to reproduce the nearest-neighbour distances from the AFM data (Python).
