Additional file 6. List of microbial taxa (at genus level) and transcripts (with corresponding annotation) significantly correlated at Day 3 and Day 14. For each significant correlation rho and p-value are also reported. Results were obtained considering gene expression and microbiota data obtained from a total of 120 clams.
