The data were collected to identify the effect of CPSF6 knockout or knockdown on HIV-1 integration site distribution. This data set contains Illumina sequencing of HIV-1 integration sites and RNA seq data. The data are from multiple cell lines and include HEK293T cells (wild-type, CPSF6 knockout, LEDGF/p75 knockout, CPSF6 knockout cells complemented with ectopic CPSF6, or LEDGF/p75 and CPSF6 double knockout), monocyte-derived macrophages, and U2-osteosarcoma cells.
