To further investigate the function of NAD+ in snap bean against halo blight caused by Pseudomonas syringae pv. phaseolicola, we investigated NAD+-induced transcriptomic changes using the Illumina RNA-seq technology. Total RNA was extracted from samples collected at 0, 4, 24, 36 h after treatment with NAD+ for snap bean. The pathogen inoculation was carried out at 24 h. Mock treatment with water was included as the control.
为进一步探讨NAD+在抗大豆花叶病毒病(由Pseudomonas syringae pv. phaseolicola引起)的快熟大豆中的功能,本研究采用Illumina RNA-seq技术,研究了NAD+诱导的转录组变化。实验中,从施加NAD+处理0、4、24、36小时后的快熟大豆样本中提取总RNA。病原体接种在24小时进行。同时,设置水处理作为对照实验。
