资源简介:
This dataset consists of key variables related to the delivery of pharmaceutical care to malaria patients collected during Ghana's annual Outreach Training and Supportive Supervision (OTSS) visits from 2018 to 2022. It includes 7,193 records from 4,471 health facilities, with 2,722 repeated measurements over the years. It was collected using the EDS (Electronic Data System) application. The variables include regions (all 16 administrative regions in Ghana), year (2018, 2019, 2020, and 2022), level of service delivery (Community-based Health Planning and Service compounds, health centers, clinics, maternity homes, hospitals), and health facility codes. Other variables include three observations of each of the following practices at the dispensing point: labeling of dispensed antimalarials, explaining prescription instructions, assessing the client’s understanding of prescription instructions, explaining side effects and directly observing the first dose of antimalarial for children under five.
