SCHISM model setup and forcing dataset for Jade Bay simulations; Simulating coastal hydrodynamics: the role of seagrass in climate adaptation

This dataset contains the full SCHISM model setup for hydrodynamic + wave + sediment simulations in the Jade Bay. The package includes:- Unstructured computational grid files (.gr3)- Vertical grid (vgrid.in)- Boundary forcing files (flux.th, bctides.in)- Model configuration files (param.nml, wwminput.nml, sediment.nml)- Vegetation parameter for submerged aquatic vegetation scenarios (sav*.gr3)- Nudging fields for temperature and salinity Four experiment configurations are included:- Historical baseline - PRC5 scenario- PRC50 scenario- PRC95 scenario Large NetCDF boundary forcing files (e.g., 3D velocity, salinity, temperature) are not embedded in this package to reduce file size.
