Fluorescence emission spectra of α-chymotrypsin.

Fluorescence emission spectra (AU, arbitrary units) of α-chymotrypsin. α-Chymotrypsin in aqueous buffer (10 mM Tris-HCl, pH 7.0), lyophilized α-chymotrypsin powder and solid sample of enzyme precipitated and rinsed with propanol (EPRP) of α-chymotrypsin. All these fluorescence emission spectra were recorded with excitation at 280 nm using excitation and emission slit widths of 2 nm and 5 nm, respectively.
