The State has thet function of eradicating poverty, marginalization and overall literacy, functional or political. Thus, the social worker must be the core value of the entire economy at the service of the human person, then adding, social responsibility not only to governments but also the private sector companies and the awareness of society. In this context, child labor has been exploited in the streets of big cities especially by gangs and urban violence reflects the poor training of Brazilian children and adolescents. The present study aims to examine one of the consequences of this inequality of income distribution, which is child labor, verifying the causes and effects of the exploitation of child labor, and national programs created by the eradication of child labor, the principle of human dignity, which is the constitutional guarantee
