Cell Transmission Representation of the Springfield Network

The dataset includes the data of a transportation network adapted from downtown Springfield, Illinois. The dataset includes the graphical representation of the network, cell transmission model representation, traffic demand levels, and traffic signal timing parameters. The demand levels are hypothetical and traffic signal timings are those that are optimized by Vistro. The files are numbered to show the order in which the files should be viewed.
