To characterize the genome assembly of the Drosophila suzukii genome we generated Pool-Seq data on individuals belonging to the isofemale line used to produced the assembly. In addition, we sequenced one male and one female individual sampled in the surroundings of Montpellier (France) to assign each contig to either autosomes or sex chromosomes using a female to male read mapping coverage ratio.
