Digitized data from Elkind and Sutton (1960) split-dose experiments (Chinese Hamster V79 cells)
收藏资源简介:
## Dataset Overview This dataset contains digitized data from the split-dose X-ray irradiation experiments on Chinese hamster V79 cells, as originally reported by Elkind and Sutton (1960). The data was manually extracted from the figures within the original publication. Original Publication: Elkind M.M., Sutton H., 1960. Radiation Response of Mammalian Cells Grown in Culture I. Repair of X-Ray Damage in Surviving Chinese Hamster Cells. Radiation Research, 13(4), 556-593. DOI: 10.2307/3570945 ## Data Extraction Method The data points were extracted from the published figures using the Graph Digitizing System (GSYS) (Hokkaido University Nuclear Reaction Data Centre). ## Citation (Usage in Publication) This dataset was prepared for and used in the following paper: Proposal of a Dynamic Mathematical Model for Sub-Lethal Damage (SLD) Recovery: Integrating a Recovery Process into Multi-Target Theory and Visualization of Damage States. ## File Structure * data_0hour.csv: Data for 0-hour recovery interval (single-dose irradiation). * data_150min.csv: Data for 2.5-hour (150-minute) recovery interval. * data_23hour.csv: Data for 23-hour recovery interval. ## Column Definitions * Dose_Gy: X-ray dose (Unit: Gy) * Survival_Fraction: Cell survival fraction (Unit: dimensionless)
