Quantitative genetic RNA-seq of purple urchin

Paired end RNA-seq data from an experiment conditioning crosses of purple sea urchins from parents conditioned to simulated upwelling or non-upwelling conditions. Larval families were reciprocally reared under these same conditions until development of the prism stage, at which time they were sampled.
