Shotgun sequencing of 56 mother-infant dyads from the ALADDIN birth cohort

ALADDIN is a prospective birth cohort study that focuses on the impact of lifestyle and environmental factors during pregnancy and childhood on the development of allergic disease. To study the role of gut microbiota in the developement of allergic disease, faecal samples from 56 mother-infant dyads were shot-gun sequenced.
