Quiescence Enables Unrestricted Cell Fate in Naive Embryonic Stem Cells

This project will include 42 datasets (24 RNA-seq datasets, 8 CUT&RUN datasets, 4 ATAC-seq datasets, and 6 CRISPR target bisulfite-seq datasets), generated from illumine Hi-seq sequencer to investigate the stem cell quiescence in mouse embryonic stem cells. Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing, Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing, Elf5 promoter methylation profiling by CRISPR sequencing.
