In this screen we identified regulators of the replication stress response in Saccharomyces cerevisiae by tracking the replicative polymerase epsilon (PolE) at a barcoded origin of replication by chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP) coupled to next-gen-sequencing of the barcode in thousands of HU-treated yeast mutants.
