Code and dataset for: Bayesian-Estimated Vancomycin AUC24 and Early Acute Kidney Injury After Therapeutic Drug Monitoring

This Zenodo record contains the de-identified analytic dataset and analysis code for the study entitled Bayesian-Estimated Vancomycin AUC24 and Early Acute Kidney Injury After Therapeutic Drug Monitoring: A Multicentre Episode-Based Cohort Study. The record includes public-ready scripts for data audit, cohort construction, variable derivation, descriptive analyses, regression modelling, spline analysis, interaction analysis, and generation of manuscript tables and figures. The code was revised for public release by removing institution-specific file paths and environment-dependent settings, and by using command-line arguments for input and output locations. The accompanying dataset is a de-identified analytic dataset prepared for reproducibility of the main analyses. Direct identifiers and unnecessary sensitive fields were removed prior to release. Where necessary, variables were minimised or transformed to reduce re-identification risk while preserving analytic reproducibility. This record is intended to support transparency and reproducibility of the published analyses. Users should cite both this Zenodo record and the associated manuscript when using these materials.
