Genome wide mapping of nascent transcription in the progression of replicative senescence

GRO-seq was performed upon BJ fibroblasts that were young-quiescent, intermediate passage-quiescence, or senescent BJ Fibroblasts were collected at young-quiescent, intermediate-quiescent, and senescent stages, cells were prepared for GRO-seq in order to determine nascent transcription, and fold change of tags representing nascent transcripts were quantified upon genes and compared between cell states.
