Gene regulation of Clostridioides difficile strain 630 upon cephalosporin exposure

C. difficile infection (CDI) is the most common nosocomial infection in the United States. Patients who are administered cephalosporins are at a higher risk of contracting CDI. This RNASeq data aims to uncover the changes in gene expression within C. difficile strain 630 upon exposure to four cephalosporins individually: cefoxitin, cefepime, ceftazidime, and cephradine. RNASeq data for untreated C. difficile strain 630 is also included in this dataset.
