Savanna FVC and Classification Methods, including Random Forest

Script Notes:There are four main scripts for processing the data. They were run in the following order:1. randomforest_FVC.R (pixel-based RF)2. FVC_zonalstats.R (zonal summation by segment polygons for inclusion in the segment-based RF)3. randomforest_FVC_segments.R (segment-based RF with modified script that double checks using segments)4. FVC_thresholding.R (theshold classification method)
Each script includes similar sections on separating out the validation data from the "Master_TrainingData_R.csv" and includes similar processing for accuracy metrics. Script 3 for the segment RF includes a modified TrainingData "Master_TrainingData_Segments.R" which includes columns for segment poly values rather than using the pixel-based values.
