Data for "Climate-driven habitat suitability projections for Androsace tapete on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau"

This dataset supports the study on predicting the habitat suitability of Androsace tapete (cushion-forming Androsace) on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau under current and future climate scenarios using MaxEnt (Maximum Entropy) species distribution modeling. The dataset includes: 1. Occurrence records Androsace_train.csv: Training occurrence data for model calibration Androsace_test.csv: Testing occurrence data for model validation Androsace_joint.csv: Combined occurrence dataset 2. Environ_variables: Current bioclimatic variables used as environmental predictors 3. futuredata: Future climate projections under different Shared Socioeconomic Pathways (SSPs) scenarios 4. result: Model outputs including habitat suitability maps All files are organized to ensure reproducibility of the MaxEnt modeling workflow.
