Supplementary Data S8 (Related to Figures 3, 4, 6 and 7): KG+ public-data discovery analyses and knowledge-injection controls. The GEO metadata queue, bounded-triage records, numerical outputs, source-scope audits, input manifests, checksums and evidence tiers for the 31 primary datasets, the complete knowledge-injection controls (frozen specification, questions, rewired graphs, every language-model call with prompt, reply and token usage, and the model scores), the values drawn in Figure 6, and the per-gene changes of the 16 transcript programs drawn in Figure 7. The supplementary items were renumbered on 27 October 2026 in the order the paper cites them; earlier versions of this record were deposited as Supplementary Data S8, which also held the programs and files available from their original sources. On 30 October 2026 the main figures after Figure 1 moved up one number and the summary of the 16 transcript programs became Figure 7; this version gives the figure numbers of the published paper in its README files. Supplement to "The Algae Senate: a knowledge-graph-augmented AI co-scientist". Records are model-derived or deterministic processing outputs. Files available from their original sources are given by location rather than redistributed, programs are in Code S1 (doi:10.5281/zenodo.22975323, all versions), and no publisher-licensed full text or abstract is redistributed.
