Effect of Peppermint Essential Oil on Gastric Residual Volume in Mechanically Ventilated ICU Patients: A Randomized Clinical Trial

This dataset contains the raw data generated during the randomized clinical trial entitled "Effect of Peppermint Essential Oil on Gastric Residual Volume in Mechanically Ventilated ICU Patients: A Randomized Clinical Trial." The data were collected between June 10, 2025 and October 23, 2025 (corresponding to 20 Khordad to 1 Aban 1404 in the Iranian calendar). The dataset includes measurements of gastric residual volume, patient demographic information, and relevant clinical parameters recorded during the intervention period. All files are provided in their original format (Excel/CSV) to ensure transparency and reproducibility of the analyses reported in the article. Personal identifiers have been removed to protect participant confidentiality. Researchers may use these data for secondary analysis, meta-analysis, or methodological validation, provided that appropriate citation of this dataset and the related article is included.
