1. Data Collection: Obtain evaluation data of dark tea covering five dimensions including appearance, liquor color, aroma, taste and infused leaves from the Tea Enterprise Cloud-Based Tea Review Assistant Management System. The data includes scores and descriptive keywords corresponding to each grade, spans the full range from special grade to second grade, and constructs a multimodal dataset.
2. Data Processing: Process the data with statistical methods. First, clean redundant information and unify the expressions of feature keywords; then standardize the score data and clarify the score distribution of each grade through frequency analysis; finally, extract 5 core features including appearance, liquor color, aroma, taste and infused leaves, and generate a feature keyword set covering "visual (corresponding to appearance, liquor color and infused leaves), olfactory (corresponding to aroma), gustatory (corresponding to taste), appearance, liquor color, aroma, taste and infused leaves". Verify the consistency of indicators via correlation analysis to ensure the data conforms to the logic of grading rules.
3. Data Application: This data can be used for dark tea grading automation systems, which can quickly determine the grade by matching features such as appearance and scores; it assists quality control and standardizes production; it provides a basis for market pricing and consumer purchasing, thereby improving transaction efficiency and transparency.
